Instructions before filling the registration form.

 

 1.Please fill the correct information in the form specially date of birth .

2.Once D.O.B entered will not be changed further.

3. The Registration form is available whole year or further that not means the form admissions are going to be whole year .

4. If you want information about admission dates you can contact developer. 

5. Please enter your correct EMAIL ID because from it we will deliver you the pdf of your registration form immediately. 

6. When you click on the button  , FORM STATUS it will provide you the information about your registration form from school database.

7. It's not confirm that when you fill the form you will be called at the Walk in interview.It is principal's permission that they will call you.

8. The enrolled candidates will be called at the interview when all lines of forms will be closed.

9.It is compulsory that the child comes with his parents (mother and father) not with guardians.

10. The preparation of the child will be according to the class beforely or going to choosed in the form.  Otherwise the child will be restricted.

11. The syllabus of the interview is given at bottom you can download.

12. You can reprint your form from the REPRINT FORM Tab .
13. You can also track your form from FORM STATUS by giving necessary details.
